WE ARE THE DOING GOOD MODEL

A social enterprise whose goal and vision are to create a values-based world.
Founded in 1997 by the businesswoman and philanthropist Shari Arison, The Doing Good Model demonstrates how successful organizations that are driven by meaning, give their employees a sense of value, and promote social impact and environmental protection – can, are, and will continue to be business-thriving organizations.

Drawing on our more than 20 years of experience of developing a unique approach within Arison Group companies, DGM works with businesses and organizations, communities and individuals who wish to maximize their social impact and make the world a better place. The Doing Good Model's tailor-made solutions are designed to create positive change by practically and effectively integrating the model as a day-to-day tool, combining universal human and social values at the core of decision-making.

We believe in partnerships and would love to collaborate with companies that share our goal of creating a more social business environment.

THE DOING GOOD DNA PROGRAM

The Doing Good DNA Program walks organizations through a clear path for identifying and implementing doing good as an integral part of who they are, what they do, and how they do it. It provides and develops a value-based managerial perception for organizations wishing to achieve their business objectives while leading with vision and aligning managers’ mindsets and behaviors with their corporate values.
Our Program is the outcome of innovative vision, 20 years of management experience of large companies worldwide, and academic research by leading universities: George Mason, Harvard, Babson, and Thunderbird.

INDIVIDUAL FOCUSED

Our program is first and foremost person centered, which means that we give room to what is important and meaningful for each individual.
The program allows each participant to form their own doing good DNA by experiencing and exploring innovative perceptions and mindsets.

IMPACT BEYOND ROI

Businesses can and should be a force for good - we invite the participants to adopt a triple-win perception, benefitting people, planet, and profit.

The program outcomes break through the familiar profit lines and emphasis the notion that doing good is good business.
